Part Two: Introduction

(One) machine configuration

1. The unwind device is jointed of quadrate steel, groove steel and iron steel

2. The main machine configuration adopts 25mm steel plate and steel tube to brace.

3. Driving-shell adopts 1.5mm armor plate

4. The rewinder is installed in the main configuration.

(Two) unwind device

1. Adopt one position rewind

2. Adopt two sets of 100N•M magnetism brake.

3.The axes of unwinder adopts 3″ pneumatic expanding shaft, the diameter of paper tube is 76mm

4. The unwinders adopt automatic edge correction; upload & download the material automatically

(Three) rewind device

1. One position rewind.

2. The rewind tension adopts a set of 100 N.M magnetism clutch

3. The axes of rewinder adopts 3″pneumatic expanding shaft , the diameter of paper tube is 76mm

(Four) hot melt tank

1. The tank shell is jointed of quadrate steel, groove steel and 1.2mm steel plate

2. The hot melt is founded of aluminum alloy there is three layers constructions , the inner layer is coated with anti-sticking Teflon layer.

3. Adopt molten heater

4. The glue pump adopts metric gear pump that can bear high temperature

5. Collocate exact filter

6. The glue feeding pump adopts gear pump electric-motion frequency conversion to adjust speed

7.The temperature adopts PID controller. The two layers are controlled independently

8.The high temperature is 210°C

9.The heating power:24kw
