1. The tank shell is jointed of quadrate steel, groove steel and 1.2mm steel plate
2. The hot melt is founded of aluminum alloy there is three layers constructions , the inner layer is coated with anti-sticking Teflon layer.
3. Adopt molten heater
4. The glue pump adopts metric gear pump that can bear high temperature
5. Collocate exact filter
6. The glue feeding pump adopts gear pump electric-motion frequency conversion to adjust speed
7.The temperature adopts PID controller. The two layers are controlled independently
